GM's Quadrasteer (QS4) system offered rear-wheel steering for better maneuverability and towing, but it didn’t catch on. The $3,000 price tag and added complexity made it too expensive for many buyers, and it didn’t offer enough practical benefits for the average truck owner. Similarly, Honda’s attempt with rear-wheel steering in the Odyssey also failed to gain traction. Ultimately, both companies discontinued these systems due to limited demand and high costs.
