Hello I wanted to see if anybody has added steering wheel radio controls onto a base model sierra or Silverado. I recently swapped the factory head unit for an aftermarket touchscreen radio, since it is a android based radio I have to swipe down and hold the volume knob. It’s a way better radio compared to the factory 4 inch screen but the volume knob is very finicky and almost impossible to use when driving highway speeds. Any help is appreciated!
