any updates on those that repaired themselves with transmission hose and fuel injector clamps? I just bought a "new to me" truck (2019 LT 5.3 L)and discovered the same issue. I don't want to do the factory replacement because I don't want the same thing to happen again and want to fix it better. Also, this seems like a silly question, but did you need to drain the oil before making this repair? (or perhaps all the oil is down in the pan when the engine is not running?)
