Low RPM shake/ vibration?. stutter?

did you happen to figure out what the issue was? i have a 2023 silverado 1500. z71 RST package. 23k miles. when my rpm's hit about 1k especially at low speeds i feel the shake/vibration and it seems to get worse. if you figured it out please let me know. thanks
