    Fellow big dogs... just curious who's done air bags. I've got a '20 2500 and I'm looking at the Firestone 2824 Ride-Rite. Anyone went a different route or tried this one and wished for something else? Thanks

    I like the 20s on this thing. I've always been old school with more tire the better but this combo does a great job keeping the rim off & above the curbs. As for sticking out, maybe just over an inch. I did a breakdown with pics on one of the threads. I'll try to find it and post a link.

    Operation Baby Lift complete. I also went with the 3/2 Readylift. Still waiting in the 500mi break-in and check-up but so far I like it. Pro: I can definitely notice the difference in hight and my reverse is no longer rubbing the wheel liner. Con: Yes it's a little stiff on the rebound... but then again, this is a 2500. Tires: 35x12.5x20 G2s on 20x9 Grenades, 0 offset.

    What up. Question for ya, is the front cranked all the way or can you dial it back a bit? Curious because I have this kit being installed Friday and hoping maybe it would help with the ride? Dig that color combo by the way.

    I hope so. I bought keys several months ago when they had them listed before pulling them. I'm assuming because they wanted upper A-arms first.

    So after a couple weeks of playing with it... not worth full price. Dont get me wrong, it sounds good but not pretty good. Definitely loud enough for just about any campsite, bonfire or tailgate party and you get the cool perk of saying, "look at what my tailgate can do". If its bass you want, I'd invest in a good boom box and plug in to the bed. In the end... No Ragrets

    I got it off the GMC accessory website. Unfortunately it was a year end sales event and it's only at 10% off right now. Not sure how long the delivery will take and this sale event but I suggest waiting until you get all your rewards points, use them at the same time. It's like a couple hundred dollars off. Also, keep checking GMpartshouse.com. My dealership price matches but also takes in account for shipping, which ever is cheaper. I'll post pictures when I get a daytime photo. Hope this helps.

    Minor rubbing when in reverse at 60% turn. Nothing too serious or that can't be fixed with a couple holes and a zip tie.

    I also just got the new shoes look. Went with 35x12.5/20 Nitto G2s on 20x9 XD Grenades w/00 offset... stock height.

    Ladies and Gentlemen, lend me your rears... has anyone installed or heard the Kicker Tailgate Speaker? If so, worth it?

    I do have the Bose with the "7th" speaker/sub. I wouldn't say it made it any louder but it definitely beefed up the lows. It's not a JL sub system but it definitely does the trick for a single 10.

    Sub is installed and sounds pretty good. Haven't put it to the test yet, still breaking in. As for the location, the sub is now in the center of the cab. Which is nice but now stretches into the driver side. It does leave a little pocket but I fear it'll cause some rattling.
