as stated it is the sle models that are the peculiar ones. I emailed gen5 to make sure what harness i needed and they put me on the right track for the slt to factory hid being my Denali is a 15, it was just halogen. from what i had read through the threads and on a few sites, depending what model and lights you had, if you chose to go with leds, you wouldn’t be able to run parking lights without headlights being on. i’ll have to dig through and see if i can find it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

yeah it is! and you are right, i haven’t seen them that low for just one side either. I am happy with the outcome amd the output of them. i went back and forth between the leds and hids for a bit. 1. I couldn’t pass these up for what I give for them, 2. unless i misread something, if i would have went with the leds, i would have lost the ability to run just parking lights if i wanted. i have actually had these since Feb, just haven’t had the chance to put them in. i thought about doing the 35w morimoto upgrade, or doing a retro with a different projector, but decided to see what it would do first before shelling out more money. i noticed yesterday after having my hids installed for the last few months that they started flickering and one of the relays will start buzzing while the driving lights are on. i can turn the headlights on and they work perfectly. could a relay be going bad causing the driving lights to do this? i have the hd harness and everything installed also Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

hids are the moriomoto kit,5k if i remember right? i have a set of xb fogs for it just haven't got them put in yet. and yes i hate these tires. will not stay balanced, ride horrible, and suck on gravels which i know most tires don't hold up. they were on my dmax before the fuel system crapped on me back in aug Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

would it be basically the same operation as using a tec2? when i asked them to do it, theyre answer was in 15 gm changed how they allowed things like that, and haven't issued a way to have it done. It was basically them saying liabilities were their concern Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

thank ya! it really feels weird being back in a gasser after being in a diesel for so long. I'm pretty sure either the shaft broke in the pump, or the gear broke. I was going down the road about 70 and all of a sudden it started shaking and almost stuttering. i let off on the pedal and it quit so i tried to give it a little and started smoking kind of greyish black smoke and just died. Service tech told me everything to check, but I had already pulled the filters off the lift pump and motor and they all had shavings in them, so i knew what happened. It was going to be 2 weeks before my local dealer could get it in, and almost the same on a mechanic i know, so i thought and thought and thought about trading it like it sat, and here we are today lol. brought mine home today. was in a 12 duramax, but the fuel system took a dump on me, so long story short i'm in a 6.0 now. here it is when i first got back with it and here it is after putting my 20's with 35x12.50's on. it is a w/t with the convenience package, 7" screen, onstar, keyless entry(fixing to upgrade to remote start), back up cam, and spray in liner.
