Dilatory

As someone that had a brake-line pop doing 120 km/h in the fast (Well it's supposed to be the passing lane but good luck with that on the 401) and having to dodge through slower traffic without hitting anything across 5 lanes of traffic to an off-ramp where I then discovered I also had no E Brake (nearly snapped it off because I hoofed it and there was no resistance) and ended up sliding the passenger side tires along the curb until I was going slow enough to put it in park despite still going like 10 km/h I can safely say inspections don't seem so bad after the fact. Emissions is utter bullshit though. Edit: Keep in mind, this wasn't my vehicle and if I'd of known I wouldn't have driven it.
