    We need to get a sound clip up on this forum, to hear the difference from stock to modified 6.2 exhaust systems.

    I read somewhere ( which I can't remeber where)that new gen. 6.2 is going to 425hp. Would be nice to figure out how GM is getting the extra power if it is true. eg. Cam, heads. injectors, computer mod,etc...

    It will firm up your shifts making almost zero slippage, if you want better than that you will need a stage 2 shift kit , that way you can chip through the gears and neck snapping shifts. Don't know if you can put that into the newer trucks with the 6spd tranny.

    Don't waste your money on the shorty hdrs, they do nothing for performance. Only the long tbs work well.

    Any difference between the new 6.2 and say 07-10 6.2? I believe that there is a difference in the 07-09 and the 2010 -present. I'm sure someone will chime in but I think it has something to do with AFM like the 5.3's have.

    No problem. Acutally just ordered 2 more for the hood (same like Ryan)so when other truck owners pull up beside me they can see whats under the hood.
