Brand new DECKED Storage system in the box. Purchased and never used, and now the new truck has a different bed length.... I've personally used these in friends trucks and they work awesome. Just unfortunately won't work for my application. This is the info straight from their website: https://decked.com/ This DECKED system fits a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup truck manufactured from 2007 to 2018 with a 6'6" bed length. It also fits the 2019 Classic (older body style) Silverado 1500 with a 6'6" bed OR This DECKED system fits a GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck manufactured from 2007 to 2018 with a 6'6" bed length. I have a 2014 Silverado 1500 LT2, I bought it a week ago (got a steal, $15,000 and it's a crew cab!) but one of the reasons I was able to negotiate such a good price was because the windshield wipers didn't work and it wasn't just the fuse so the dealer didn't want to try to figure out the issue. After little research I discovered that occasionally on some trucks the engine fuse box has a wiring problem so it needs to be replaced. Easy fix, right? I buy one on eBay for $50 and replace it last night, takes 3 minutes. Turn the key to ON and the wipers work. Great, all is well I thought... ...then half an hour later I go to my truck to drive to a friend's house and when I turn the key to START the truck doesn't respond at all. I'm assuming my transponder key was tied to the fuse box somehow. I swap the fuse boxes and it starts right up but again, I have no windshield wipers. One option I have is to tear into the fuse box and repair the broken wire for my wipers but I would literally have to drill it out of its casing so I'm not trying to get in that deep. I would rather program the key to the new fuse box. But here's the catch 22, you need one programmed key to work before you can program another spare key. If I swap the fuse box and my wipers work, my key won't work and I can't program it or another spare. Is there another way to program a key?

Hello Everyone, I just purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500. It would be a longbed if it had a bed on it.... I have seen plenty of beds for sale that were left when someone installed a flatbed or service body. I did not expect it to be any trouble finding a decent replacement. I was wrong....... I have been online & on the phone all day. I am finding lots of Ford and Dodge beds and a few 2008-2014 Chevy beds. I am begining to wonder if I can reasonably fit a 2008+ bed on my 2004 truck? Is anyone here familiar enough with the mounting of the beds to tell me what would be involved with putting the 2008-2014 bed on my 2004 truck? Thanks. S.

Hi all, Next weekend I am going to be replacing the bed on my wife's 2007 Sierra 1500 (115k miles). The old one is rusty, and I picked up a new one for a amazing deal. while the bed is off, ill clean up the frame. I have been researching this, however I still have a few questions, I hope you guys can help me with: Are there 4 or 6 bolts? I can only find 4. Is it worth replacing the fuel pump? What Size are the bolts? Do I have to remove the bumper? Is this a fairly quick job? Thanks!

Does anyone know of any product that you can put on the front bottom corner of the box right behind the cab to protect from rock chips? I looked around at some pickups and noticed that the Toyota's and Dodge's had a small black plastic piece to protect the front corners of the box.

Box not square to the cab
DeltaTek posted a topic in 2015-2019 Silverado & Sierra HD Troubleshooting
Well it's been bugging me for awhile now but has anyone else seen this issue before I bought the truck and noticed it within the first week and mentioned it to a few of my friends and family who own the same trucks. Some trucks where the gap between the cab and the box were out by 1/2" some not as much but all seem to have more gap on the driver side. But with mine it's bad, I can see the folded steel on box panel which is normally hidden by the cab in my side mirror. Advice? Similar scenario? Let me know -

John Goreham Contributing Writer, GM-Trucks.com 3/6/2015 Chevrolet will offer both a box-delete option for the Colorado. If there was any doubt that Chevy planned to market the Colorado for work, this new option should clear that up. The option comes exclusively on the 2WD extended cab Colorado with the 3.6-liter, V6 engine and automatic transmission. Chevy deletes $300 from the cost of the truck for those that choose the delete. Hey so I have around 2000$ to play around with and I have a 2014 GMC sierra 4 wheel drive with the only thing put on it is a Rough Country 2 inch level and nitto trail grapplers. I have some idea's in what I want to do but I was wondering if any of you guys have any ideas for me. I'm looking for accessories outside of the truck not necessarily performance mods. I have a toolbox, 5% tint, and rhino lining in the bed. I'm looking for a more showy or buffer look on the truck. My idea is to get everything from Rough Country, but I'm open to other companies. What I have in mind is a 50 inch light bar w/ bracket, a chrome bull bar w/ 20 inch light bar, and some nfab running boards with the 3rd step for toolbox access (I have the 6'6 bed and I've seen them and they look great). If y'all have any ideas for me that'd be great! or if you think any of these clash. Thanks

I have a MTX Thunderform Sub Box with 10" Kicker Sub I had installed in my 09 Sierra Extended Cab for a few months until my truck got written off from hail damage. My understanding is it will fit any extended cab silverado/sierra from 2007-2013, please double check fitment (http://www.supercrewsound.com/C15EX07FB10-TN.html). If you're looking for a sleek, OEM-looking install with crisp responsive bass, look no further! This sub was and is amazing, I hate to get rid of it but I ended up getting a small car instead of replacing the truck. Box alone retails for $350 not including $100+ for the Kicker CompVR (07CVR104) 10-Inch 4-Ohm DVC 400RMS subwoofer. The sub is wired for a 2-OHM amp but can be wired to work with nearly any impedance. Looking for $325 Shipped, best offer. Please text or call 218-four-1-six-2-four-9-one as I do not have access to check this forum often. Thanks for looking!

I want to add a little bottom end to my sound system. I am probably going with a single sundown sd-2, either an 8-inch or 10-inch, depending on the volume of the box. The thought is to have a custom box built, probably out of fiberglass, that will fit perfectly into the driver's side well of the plastic tub under the back seat so that it doesn't move around or rattle, but it is still removable whenever I need the space for something else. I guess the speaker terminals would have to be on the face / top of the enclosure. Does this sound reasonable or doable? What should I expect to pay for this enclosure? Any suggestions for someone in the Dallas (TX) area to build this for me that won't take advantage of me? Attached are photos of the location.
