  1. Hello, has anyone tried the leveling kit made by rough country for the AT4X?   2. Long story short, I think I need to buy springs but don't know which ones to select. RockAuto has 27 different "GM Genuine" coil springs for a 2017 GMC Sierra with 6.2L engine. I am wanting to match the spring rate of a 2017 GMC Sierra SLT CrewCab 4x4 6.2L. If someone has this exact truck, maybe they could post their RPO codes please? Or maybe, hopefully, someone has a better idea to get this info? The long story (if you care to read on) is I have the 2017 GMC Sierra Denali CrewCab 4x4 6.2L with MagneRide shocks & struts. The truck has just under 60K miles and the ride quality has degraded over time. I know at least 1 shock is bad due to it leaking, no codes have been thrown on the dash. Due to the mileage and the expense of the MagneRide shocks, I am pursuing replacing them all with conventional shocks and at the same time, getting my truck level. Several options on the market claiming great ride quality but I'm leaning towards the Bilstein 5100's that I've had on past trucks or the Eibach ProTruck kit E80-23-006-02-22 for $704 that sound great too but I'll need to buy strut mounts and deal with compressing those beasts (others have had issues). Or possibly the RoughCountry E2 loaded struts #501029 - inexpensive but not sure on ride quality + reliability or maybe even Fox 2.0's if I can find them for a good price. I would even consider the Belltech coilovers #15102 for $650 /pair if I could find someone running them with a positive review. If/since my MagneRide coil springs aren't the same/compatible, with some kits including the Bilsteins, I'll need to buy new springs, which isn't a huge deal since they aren't too expensive - some as low as $34. I know Eibach's kit comes with springs included but it appears they have a higher spring rate for trucks with extra weight on the front of their trucks. Of course, I'll need to deal with the MRC electronics, cheapest I've found is https://www.magdelete.com/collections/sierra-1500 and I may end up just getting the entire kit from him but don't know which springs are used with his either... It does make some sense that there are so many different GM Genuine coil springs due to there being 3 different engines available, 3 different cab sizes and 4 different trims... I do zero off-roading or towing and am just looking for a nice street ride with a leveled look. I welcome input on anything I've said but I'm mainly looking for the proper conventional OEM spring that will match best with my truck.

Alright, so I wanna get the 3.5 inch suspension lift kit that comes with the upper control arms from rough country, so my questions are what control arms does the 2008 Silverado1500 WT 4wd have because I know I’m rough country’s website they say what year models have which type of control arm but I want to double check. Also, has anybody used this lift kit and have any advice?
  4. Hello guys! I recently had a Rough Country 3.5 lift installed on my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado Crew 4x4. After it was installed I went and got an alignment done right away. Well about a couple weeks later while driving I noticed the front passenger side of my pickup leaning to the right. I pulled over and noticed that the rear was leaning to the right as well. I went and aired up all of my tires evenly and parked it on a even surface. I measured the distance between the fender well and the top of the tire and compared it to the other side. The passenger side was lower than the drivers side approximately 1/2 an inch. I then measured from the ground to the middle of fender well and still about a 1/2 an inch lower on passenger side. So I took the pickup to the shop where they installed the lift and checked the lift. They re torqued everything and didn't see anything wrong with the lift. Has anyone experienced something like this before? Any fixes or suggestions? Please help thank you!

  7. OK- I don't know if there is already a topic on this but I wanted to start one. Its not a HUGE deal but I am curious of what other guys are getting on their MPGs with leveled trucks and WHAT PSI are you running with these E RATED TIRES. I ask because I posted up a picture and was told by several people to run anything rom 40PSI to 60PSI. I have had my tires on for about 7000 miles. The first 4000 I ran 37PSI and only used 91 octane gas. I live in ARIZONA and drive mostly on freeway and flat services. I could not get better than 13-14 MPG. When I hit 5000 miles I bumped my PSI up to 40-45psi and only used 87 fuel grade. This is where I was surprised. After only one take of gas at the lower grade my mileage bumped up to 15.5-16.0 mpg. Same driving conditions etc. Should I bump it up to 50PSI? Anyone notice any weird wear patterns on the TOYO OPEN COUNTRY MT Tires? I am running a 2.5 level kit up front only with 295/55/20 tires.
