Has anyone taken a Custom Trail Boss and done the LT Trail Boss fog lights on it? I am looking for a plug and play kit if there is one out on the market. I'm trying not to source every single individual part from GM. I'm pretty sure I would have to go get the BCM reprogrammed if I'm not mistaken.

Installed some aftermarket fog lights today and now looking at the wiring. I read where people had direct wired them into the under hood fuse block with a fuse tap. Most seemed to say they used the parking lights. Wouldn’t that make the fogs run all the time that the parking lights are on? i want them to run when the headlights are on so I was thinking I’d do something similar but to the headlight fuse. Am I missing something?

So i have a Chevy 2500HD 6.0 High Country, and I was driving the other day and went to turn my high beams on and noticed they would not come on. The light in the dash comes on, and I can hear a click under the hood, but nothing. Replaced the fuse under the hood for the high beams, and changed out the bulbs with new ones, still not working. These are not projector headlights, there are individual bulbs for Lows, Highs, and Fog Lights. So when the high beams did not come on I tried my Fog Lights and nothing. Light in the dash comes on, changed the fuse and nothing. Any ideas on what to try next on this issue.

My 2014 Silverado fog lights will not come on. Brand new standard bulbs, good fuse, push the button and the green foglight-light comes on the dash. What else am I missing? Is there another fuse or something I am not aware of? Just spent $50 on bulbs when it appears my original bulbs were fine. Truck has high miles at 162k but fog lights should just work. Thanks in advance!

2016/7 Fog Light Condensation
bakerk2 posted a topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Troubleshooting
I've got a 2017 Z71 Silverado with the LED foglights. Today it was warmish (45) and there was a lot of snow melt. I had gotten out to look at the truck on a stop and noticed condensation in the foglight. I drove a bit more and parked. Looked at the lights and both seemed to have it. After coming out an hour later , it had cooled to 37 and noticed that one of the lights was again clear the other just foggy around the edges of the light. I probably splashed the front with cold snow melt which caused the issue. Do these fog lamps have vents like the headlights? Should they clear up or is this a trip to the dealership for a warranty check? Only got 1200 miles. -
I have a 2014 Sierra. I am looking to put two cubes in the fog light opening. Has anyone used this mounting plate? I'd like to see what one looks like installed. I have found pictures of it done on the Chevy, but none on the GMC.
