    My 2015 has a 1/4 inch gap between the cab and fender. Driver side. The cabs must be built wrong. Didn't notice in till I hand washed it.

      I have bought 2 new GM truck in 2 years. The first 1st one had random vibration problems, and brakes going out. This was a 2012. My wife drove the truck the brakes quit working. So the next day we bought another truck 2015. Yesterday in bad wind the cab has wind noise. The cab gap is 1/2 in off. Giving the wind a place to go. The transmission in making all sorts of noise today. I am not a happy customer.

    @ 35, 45,55, and 65. Vibration in the seat and gas and brake pedal @ theses speeds. New u-joints, drive line balanced, tires road force balance. Torque converter check. The bad thing is that it is not all of the time. It is baffling them.

    Picked my truck up from the dealer again. 3 days same problem. Will not quit vibrating!! 2012 Sierra 1500 8000 miles. I should of stayed with the 03 duramax. I will never buy another 1/2 ton again.
