I've used SD before, and it worked fine. I put some music on one last week (formatted Fat 32) and it wouldn't play the mp3's. Then, while listening to the radio, the display would flash off then come back on. Finally, it shutoff and rebooted to something like a DOS screen saying "Loading Software". Took me a little bit to figure out what might be the cause, so I popped out the SD card and everything went back to normal. Anyway, guess it just didn't like that SD card. USB sticks always work fine though.

Avg 19.5 MPG with true dual exhaust, CAI (Airaid), factory tires (soon to be upgraded to Michelins), 28k miles and 93 octane with 60-80 deg temps. 87 octane, below 60 deg temps and mileage goes down to 14-16MPG. Pulling horse trailer......11-12 MPG. Every once in awhile I'll get a good load of fuel and MPG will avg 22 for that tank. Driving 3 hours at 80 mph on freeway from Dallas after duals were installed I hit a "Best" of 26.1 MPG!

I'll be waiting to see how this goes too. Install effort + sound quality (improvement) of finished install.

Installed the Airaid dry filter CAI yesterday. Fairly easy. Didn't disconnect battery cable and when I started it, engine light was on and fans running full speed. Shut down, disconnected battery for 5 mins, fired back up, everything fine. Sounds great. I can see my engine and work on it more easily. Looks cool. For me, power gains are probably placebo (I have a 600hp Camaro). but, it does sound really good. Cons: Overpriced for what it is (~$350), cost of filter replacements (not sure of the longevity of those). A little concerned about the open top. My engine gets dirty. Not sure how some of these trucks I see posted have spotless engine compartments. Happy overall. Haven't noticed any MPG increases yet (after ~60 miles). Dual exhaust next!

I did the same thing and was quoted the same. Seeing as how a bolt on single cat back is >$500, I think I might go for this with the 22" Magnaflows...(I have a Camaro with 3" duals and flowmasters with a 468, so I don't need that with my truck).

Kinney's huh? Short drive for me. Looks like they removed a cat or two to install the true duals? Right at the beginning I paused it to verify. It does sound good and the install is professional, but it sure looks to me like they removed a cat.
