I work for the city in my town. We have a 2006 Chevy 1 ton with 33,000 miles. The blower stopped working on any speed but high. I called the local dealer to see if it was covered. They told me that it had been repaired once already in 2011. Said they wouldn't repair it twice. When I asked if there was a recall I was informed that they don't call it a recall.
