  1. It lays over top of your existing wheel and you tuck it in under your trim/controls and stitch it yourself
  2. Amazon https://a.co/d/gqCMMtx
  3. Lol it wasn't overall terrible to do, maybe 2 hours? But I took the wheel off the truck, impossible to do it inside
  4. Rewrapped my oem faded steering wheel, overall not bad for $50
  5. Was bored staring at my truck and the hitch drop after the body lift bothered me so installed another reverse light bar
  6. 2017 silverado ltz z71 Thinking of adding rock lights to the fender wells and along the cab but wanting to tie it into a 3 position switch +relay so that it can be controlled with the puddle lights as well manually. Has anyone attempted this yet?
  7. Installed rear bilstein 5100s, performed oil change getting it ready to pull out of storage. During winter installed a light bar behind the grill, and made my own raptor lights. Ran wiring so it looks stock
  8. Well I do have bilstein 5100 on max height on the front plus a rear 2" block. I thought about doing the rc 3.5 lift but seen way to many issues. This was the best bang for your buck to get the same look lol also when your doing your install, try not to use a impact to break everything free, more of a risk of breaking the nuts loose inside the cab or bed
  9. 295 70r18 Cooper at3 on stock wheels with a 1.5 spacer
  10. I just did a 1.5 body lift on my 17 silverado ltz last year in a single car garage by myself. Hardest part was 1 bed bolt was seized. Took about 6hrs to do.
  11. Decided to go with the 295 70r18 Cooper discoverer at3 xlt. Near new tires, price was right. I've had my eyes set on wildpeak at4 35x11.5r18 but they are still unavailable in Canada. These will do for now!
  12. 17 silverado ltz 5.3 with the 8 spd. Only 80,000km I've noticed when cold starting my truck over night it'll sound normal no issues at idle or coming off idle but in gear driving through residential I can hear like a bottom end knock. Noise goes away after it warms up. Not sure if it's the direct injection, piston slap or bearing going out. This is a newer to me truck, I was previously driving a 2000 sierra 5.3. Note oil changes since I've owned it (67000km) done every 5000km with ac delco filter Mobil 0w20 Installed catch can and intake.
  13. Let's see if this upload works. These are still 275/70r18. Miiight be picking up 295 70r18 locally for cheap later well see
  14. Haven't got time to upload pictures yet but body lift wasn't terrible too install in a single car garage by myself lol took about 6/7 hours and 3 beers. Definitely love the look, 275/70r18 don't even look that small but still trying to decided on a decent tire.
  15. Yeah I have the 2" level up front, 2" block in the rear, going to be putting in the 1.5 body lift tomorrow so total of 3.5 lift
  16. I'm wondering with what I got and a body lift if I can squeeze 305/70r18 on them. Locally I can get a set of amp terrain tires for fairly cheap
  17. Yeah I just installed the bilstein 5100set to the Max height and put the 2" block in the rear. Right now I'm at 39.25" front and 40" in the rear. Body lift should be here soon so that'll go on next. I have 275/70r18 on it already with 1.5 wheel spacers, zero rubbing.
  18. 2017 silverado ltz crew cab, going to be installing bilstein 5100 up front on Max setting. Wondering if anyone has the similar Set up and what your fender height are and tire size. Considering putting a zone 1.5 body lift in because I still want to fit into my garage. I thought about the rc 3.5 lift but have seen alot of negative reviews so figured a 2" lift up front, possibly 2" rear and a 1.5 body lift I can stuff a slightly smaller 35 on with factory 18" wheels.
