    I wonder what kind of power they are transmitting at?. My dealer told me I was the first one to complain. I ve had the software upgrade I live in Memphis. Once in a while my radio drifts and loses the HD signal. Mine would not pick up a station 140 miles away. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

    When are GMC Truck buyers going to a Class Action Law Suit. I have a 2014 Double Cab. COMPLAINED about my radio. The dealership rep stated I was the first ever to complain. Then told by the Chief Mechanic there is a lack of repeaters in the remote area of Memphis as to why my radio fades in and out on HD. This radio is horrible. This radio will play almost any cd but only reads a few with a certain format. Just Horrible.

    I need your advise. I own a 2014 SLE Truck. I too have been disappointed by the HD Radio. I have been told by Autonatjon of GMC in Memphis that the radio will lose the signal due to the lack of repeaters in the area. Now another issue has surfaced. I own over 3000 cd tittles. They are all store bought. However the cd player plays the music but does not display the title or track information. Could Gm not have designed a better radio player? I almost ready to purchase another radio.

    Had my 2014 Serviced this week and I also complained about the radio. The Service manager took a ride with me and experienced the bad HD. 20 minutes later he handed me a service builtin about the hd. He stated that the radio can be affected by buildings and trees. He stated the radio station may not transmit at full power. He also stated there may not be enough repeaters in your area. I did get the software upgrade

    I have been a Ford Guy for a long time. My last truck (1999 Ford) was great. Only had to change out the Alternator? and brake pads. I replaced it only because a Nissan took it out. Nevertheless, Due to the Ford DEALERSHIP NOT BEING FLEXIBLE ON THEIR PRICE I ENDED UP WITH MY SLE. LOVE THE TRUCK BUT CAN'T THEY BUILD A BETTER RADIO FOR THE PRICE? AS MUCH HISTORY AS GM HAS HAD, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD DO THINGS BETTER. I am frustrated when I go to my dealer and the service guy says I have been the only one to complain about the radio.     You are right about that. My SLE the radio works good on AM, FM AND XM. However, HD RADIO IS TERRIBLE. At least my truck is paid off. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

    Let me add the GM Radio in My 2014 Sierra SLE sucks. My radio fades in and out during HD signals. I have receiving channels that are non HD in Memphis.
