I bought a console on eBay. The main console is screwed in in the back, don't try and pull it out. I opened the sunglass holder and was able to grab the center section and pop it out. There are two tabs on each side, but pops out fairly easily. Then find the two black screws holding the rear to clips in the roof panel and remove them. The back section should start to hang. Front section is held in by two clips that hold pretty well. Tried to get tools in there and can't. Finally pulled a bit harder and console popped out. Wiring harness is different depending on options. The console I purchased on eBay was scuffed up in spots, so just swapped wiring harness and center section with old, then reinstalled. Works well.
