12 months ago I traded in my 2014 V6 Sierra for a Tundra after the dealer couldn't sort out the vibrations The Tundra is as sofisticated as the Sierra BUT doesn't vibrate I'm getting 15 MPG in town with the AC on all the time . Yea I miss the GMC but very happy with the Tundra . Ive been following this blog hopping to hear of a fix to the problem . But GM sales are only a little down from Ford so don't think that GM is going to do any major changes to this series of trucks . Im sure they know the problem . its just to expensive to admit and repair .

Damm Damm Damm The tundra must have dulled my sensors I Can't feel any vibration Since I traded in my Sierra Strange. I feel fine , I don't do drugs Maybe the Sierra vibration was my imagination after all LMAO

After fighting GM about the vibration issues ,and taking it back many times "because the tires are out of balance ?" Come of GM try another line. This ones getting old And wasting everyones time I gave up and bought a TUNDRA sure it doesn't have all the internet ,auto lights ,dance computer displays etc. Hey its a truck not a space ship BUT the best of all it doesn't vibrate. Sure the fuel consumption of the 5.7 (380 HP) is not as good as the 4.3 (280hp) Sierra But it isn't much worse . Heck its a truck not a Prius Just like you guys , I loved my Sierra , thats why I bought it. But after 15000 miles of vibration , I gave up Now ? Well, I just love my Tundra more and More GM should change the vibration issue and call it massaging then GM will be stand for Good Massage . I am still a member of this sight and read all about the solution BS Gm are feeding you guys . My heart bleeds for you guys locked into your deals

THATS IT IVE HAD ENOUGH Saturday i when to the dealer to trade in my 2014 Sierra V6 15000 miles the sales manager wasn't even interested in giving me a price Even on a new 2016 Sierra WHAT ? Yip they didn't even want my truck SO yesterday I collected my new TOYOTA TUDRA They gave me a great deal I lost $3000 on my Sierra So BYE BYE GM and your shake rattle and roll and HELLO TUNDRA

After warning GM with a LEMON LAW ,I got a response to the months of my truck vibrating . Tuesday I have an appointment with the field rep at Ed Morse Sawgrass FL I must say that this dealer has been fantastic , when ever my truck has been in ,they have organized alone for me , They have done very thing that the factory have suggested . Well lets Tuesday my truck is back at the dealer now lets see GM wiggle out of this . My not sure of what my options to the out come will be if GM can't fix the vibration . A new truck ? or a refund? less the 15000 miles Ive driven ? I have seen the new 2016 Sierra , with the modified engine mounts or a new 2016 Toyota Tundra . I think that the Toyota 5.7 liter engine is an old design , it defiantly isn't as fuel efficient as the direct engine 5.3 liter GM engine . But Toyotas have a reputation of reliability . Ford ? look at the you tube videos of the crash tests of the Sierra and the Tundra and then the new aluminum F150 double cab and single cab , those things crumple like an old coke can , no thanks . Also the new ecoboost engine produce impressive HP and torque figures . BUT will they last for 150000 miles plus ? GM and Toyota will . So lets see what solution or fix GM have .

Okay. I got my truck back from the dealer .They called in the GM field service tech , used the PICo vibration instrument and found the following . Rear shock faulty , replaced Rear tyre out. Of road force tolerance ,replaced They said it was better , but ?????? When I collected the truck a week later , I referred the dealer service manager to the vibration service bulletins that's been posted here . He opened a file ? Yip exact same file ,on record The GM field tech. Said GM are aware of the vibration on 2014/15 V6 trucks when in V4 econo mode ! They don't have a fix !! Are working on a solution !!! And will contact me when they have a fix !!!! Which could be in about ????? 4 months 5 months 6 months Some time ??????? And they will contact me with a fix Took my truck home after the repairs ??? It still vibrates in V4 Eco mode Just like before . The dealer that sold me the truck ( ED MORSE Sawgrass ) have been FANTASTIC . I really appreciate the effort and attention , thanks guys . But my truck still vibrates , and it's GM s problem to solve ! So do I ........... Now drive it and shut up ? Trade in for a 2015 and hope it doesn't vibrate . There are more silk smooth V6 trucks than ones that do vibrate . Or wait for a 2016 model ? There is a rumor that GM have changed the engine mounts . And chassis ? Any body any thing more about changes ? Which should have fixed this vibration . That's it . Love my truck every time I look at it , and drive it UNTIL IT VIBRATES IN V4 Eco mode

very interesting FIREAAXXE Thanks for the link . My 2014 is at the dealer now with the "famous"vibration problem Im sure that when they return my truck ,I will be able to ask some intelligent questions about the work they did OR did not do. Thanks
