I did the fix suggested here with the hose clamps however after about a few weeks it is back to moving. It isn't nearly as bad as before but still noticeable. The clamps appear to still be tight but I think I'm going to try to put another set on the outsides of the white bracket and reposition/retighten the ones on the inside to see if that helps.

Fits perfect. I really don't think it could be molded to fit any better to the factory grill. I'm very satisfied with it. -
