  1. I've had a Truck Cover USA for a year now, and still love it. It costs more, but is solid. Heard from the dealer the Pace Edwards has too many moving parts that can fail.
  2. Hutch, How did it do in the snow?
  3. These tires are sweet, have the same question as a previous post. Can these be installed on a stock truck, or is a lift required for them to fit.
  4. Guapoh,Rig looks awesome. Did you put lift/level on it? What kind of tires? -disregard saw your other post.
  5. Nice rigs here fellas. Smcgillis, nice to see yours in action
  6. 4W Auto vibrates somewhat for me as well, but I hear it from the front of the truck. I figured it was normal because my previous GM 4x4s sounded similar. Unless I am wrong?
  7. John_Chadra1, Really nice rig, you did a great job pulling off the contrast between the grey paint with black rims and tint. Truck would be perfect for an action movie set. What did you do with he headlights? Are those LED, if so what brand/model? I am interested in swapping out my headlights because like a lot of people, I think they suck too.
  8. Thanks, I must say GM does a great job designing a variety of rims that look great with their trucks. One reason why I've stayed with the stock rims the last two trucks I had from them. The Bluetooth drops when listening to music, especially changing albums or playlists. Right now I am placing blame on Apple's iOS and not GMs software.
  9. That is one drawback with these covers along with losing a perimeter of bed space from the rails and canister. You may want to send an email to Truck Covers USA to ask about that, I hear they are in San Diego. Overall I am really happy with the design, look, and functionality with this cover drawbacks aside.
  10. The rails are metal, not sure if you could do that without messing something up.
  11. Thanks for the insight, I'll keep that in mind.
  12. Had my truck for several months now here in California. It's a 5.3 4x4 crew short box. The mileage is dissapointing, on long trips including some steep grades the best I get is 19 mpg. I'll admit, I am somewhat a lead foot, and drive between 75-85 on HWY. I noticed my mileage detioriated a lot when the tires dropped below 30 psi, so I am maintaining them around 37 psi with improved results.
  13. Got a Truck Cover USA for $1550 installed by a local dealer. Love it so far, thing feels sturdy like armor.
  14. New to the forum. Got this back in July here in California. Sierra 5.3 SLE 4x4 Z71. Previously had a Yukon. Added the GMC under-seat storage, Reflex bed liner, and Truck Cover USA Tonneau. Luckily no major issues so far, its been a great truck. Taken it on several long trips 6+ hours, really smooth comfortable ride and quiet. Have also noticed the moving driver seat, and bluetooth is always going silent when listening to music. Thd Bluetooth issue got worse with Apple iOS 8.1 update, which others have complained of on Apple's forums. A minor gripe is the throttle response is a little weak from a stop, which I think is done to preserve mileage. The truck will definitely move when the pedal is punched. Mileage is somewhat dissapointing, on a 6 hour trip to Socal taking me over the grapevine pass with several steep grades, the average was 19 mpg. Got a recall notice about an issue with the truck's transfer case slipping into neutral (Keep my fingers crossed). This is my 3rd GM vehicle in 12 years, previously had a 2003 Tahoe, and a 2007 Yukon. Crazy to think I have paid GM $120K for cars in that time. I love the styling and the ride of the GM SUV/Trucks, which has kept me coming back; although long term reliability still has a ways to go. Based off of my experience with the previous two SUVs, seems like these trucks start to have minor problems around 100K miles, which pales in comparison to brands like Toyota.
