  1. New grille on the big Denali
  2. I have to do the same thing :/
  3. If you PM me your address, I will ship you a new adjuster. I won't be home for a week however.
  4. The adjuster consists of a ball and socket joint mounted to a gearset that allowed you to adjust it. Take the headlight out and you will find that the adjuster is removable with a quarter turn counter clockwise. You will see the arm with the ball on it. Extend it out fully by turning the adjuster and insert it back into the headlight, feeling it click back into the socket joint. Carefully adjust it in slightly to make room for you to reinstall the adjusted into the headlight housing. Adjust carefully or you will pop it out again, but no lasting damage should have been done
  5. Ordered some new parts for the big Denali Royalty Core RCX Grille all gloss black with gloss black studs And the LED Halo for the lightbar from LEDConcepts
  6. DRLs only come on when vehicle is in gear, thats totally normal.
  7. Yea just swap the ballasts.
  8. The buzzing is the relay latching and unlatching as fast as that poor thing can oscillate. Means you're feeding it pulse signal (DLR) and you need that cap in place
  9. Keep heating the backing and pick away with a straight blade
  10. How long did you heat it for? I have these lights down to half an hour each
  11. And I got the rigid halos mounted
  12. Retrofit ready to go on! And Rigid halos installed and mounted
  13. Just finishing up the miles of wiring for these babies
  14. Yea take all the rubber trim off and open the bulb caps then bake on a cookie sheet
  15. Yea you have to clean all the permaseal out of the channel then add butyl.
  16. A couple more photos including the halos around my Rigid Lights
  17. Preheat oven to 240 Bake headlight for 20 minutes Use a small straight blade screw driver to quickly work around headlight and break seal Reheat for approx 7 minutes Remove lens. I'm opening these lights in about half an hour now. Not near as hard as it seems.
  18. Small update - I wasn't able to get the resistor system working correctly to allow the top strips to function independently. The current regulators from Diode Dynamics are set for all 3 boards and diverting the power through resistors when the headlights aren't illuminated simply isn't as reliable and feasible as I would like, so I will be running them as one unit. Projectors are back in and everything is coming together nicely.
  19. I know my updates have been few and far between but I will be finishing my RX350 retrofit this week guys.
