  1. Push the button and get your hands away. I've noticed if I try to have my hand on it, as it releases it'll get stuck.
  2. Has anyone recently had issues with AndroidAuto not connected to their phone? I've tried three different USB cables (all which charge the phone), reinstalled AA and removed all Bluetooth connections and reconnected the phone. I suspect AA recently updated and now we are waiting on GM to update the infotainment system. When I touch AA on the screen it says, please connect a phone with AA app installed. 2019 Silverado RST with 8 inch infotainment, connecting a Samsung S8 with AA version 4.4.592344. Yes, it had been working before, and one of the cables I tried was the one it previously functioned on.

  4. Not that I'm a huge tree huger, but what is everyone doing with fluid from there catch can? I've been saving mine in a jug, but l'll need to dispose of it eventually.
  5. Just got called back from the dealer. Coolant levels are fine, truck was only there an hour. I'm sure they just filled it up. Guess i'll keep an eye on it.
  6. I have about 20,000 miles on my '14 and I too noticed this weekend that my coolant level was below the cold fill line. Also, checked that clamps and the driver's side was cracked. Is this enough for GM to replace? Does anyone have the text from PI1513 that was mentioned? Scheduled the appointment to have it looked at this Thursday, hopefully the "qualified GM tech" will be able to locate an issue and repair it. I'm guessing it'll be in at least once more time for a repair if needed.
  7. Local hardware store. The replace cost 50 cents, so I bought a couple.
  8. My O-Ring was so stretched out I couldn't get it all to tuck back in, at least a 1/4" of slack from the can.. Here it is (outside) with its replacement (inside). Had to stretch it a little bit, but I figure its better tight, than loose.
  9. I've only had mine for a week and when I was screwing it on, I noticed that it was already gaping on one side. Had to tuck it in before I finished. Not really sure how much sealing it provides anyways. You would think a flat ring that sandwiched between the top and bottom would provided a tighter seal. How many do you think are necessary? I only put two rings with screens in them in. With buying 10 rings that would give me 4 other sets with extra screens to offer up for sale on here?
  10. Installed my can last night thanks to this write up. Made a bracket out of 1"x1/4" Aluminum. Mounted to the fender bracket, and one sheet metal screw on the bottom, just to keep it from bouncing. made the hoses a little long, so I salvaged the foam off of the old pcv line to make a pad. Completed install.
  11. 2014 with ~ 16,000 on it. 1 year old to me in a week.
