  1. Has anyone put the KO2 on a 305/65/18 with a level? I know a member here had the original KOs at that size on stock wheels. According to BFG tire specs, the KO2 measures a little shorter, so I'm thinking it should fit.
  2. I am also debating between the 275/70/18 or 285/70/18 in the Toyo MT. The actual specs per the website are 33.6 x 11.0 and 34.1 x 11.4 respectively. I wonder if I can fit the 285 with a 2.5" level on the stock wheels? The 295/60/20 in the MT you are looking at is 34.2 x 11.8.
  3. I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a lift, and want to make sure all of my homework is done in advance. My goal is a BDS 6" lift with 35x12.5x18 tire. Initially I wanted to keep my stock Z71 wheels (18") but I've come to the conclusion that the backspacing isn't going to work with these kits. Even the BDS rep said if i wanted to put a 35" tire on an aftermarket 18" wheel with 0 offset, it would require quite a bit of trimming. He recommended a 34" tire. I haven't seen many running 18" wheels on here with the suspension lift. Is the only feasible solution to bump it up to a 20"?
  4. Thanks, how much do the tires stick out? I'm afraid with the 0 offset it may look weird. Edit: I guess with a leveling kit and body lift it wouldn't stick the front tires out further like the suspension kit would.
  5. I'd like to get the BDS 4" and fit a 35" tire with that, but with an 18" wheel. BDS recommends a 33" tire with the 18x9, however I don't see the reasoning behind that if a 35x12.50x20 fits. The wheels I'm looking at are 18x9 with 0 offset. My only concern there is with the extra 1-2" up front with the kit, and then running a 0 offset, that may stick out too far on a 35x12.50x18. Has anyone tried this combination? If it won't work, I'll just most likely stick with a level and 33's. It sounds crazy that we'd have to go 6" just to fit a 35 with 18" wheel on these trucks.
  6. I also have a question for the guy running the 18" wheel with the Zone kit. BDS says you can't run a 35x12.50x18 on theirs because of the backspacing....but I would assume that depends on the offset of the wheel right? It's the same size tire as the OP, just an 18" inner diameter rather than 20".
