It's not that they are "active head restraints", it's that the angling of the headrest is not comfortable. The bottom sticks out even when I have it sitting as far back as possible.

Does anyone else find the headrests uncomfortable? I moved mine all of the way back and up and down and can't find a position where it's not sticking into my head at an angle. It seems like the headrest is angled at a weird angle.

Does anyone know if a 2016 or 2017 backup camera would work for the 2015 camera? They look like the same thing when I look up the part numbers on ebay.

Okay, MVI is quoting me $800 for the upgrade. That is more than I want to spend to get Android Auto. When I first read this forum it was $150-300 that people were paying for the hmi modules.

Can't find anyone else in this thread with my situation. I have a 2015 silverado with 8" screen without navigation. I just want the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay to work. Do I need to upgrade to the 2.5 hmi or just get my radio module updated by a dealership? I have the text application on my radio already if that helps, I think I saw someone say that tells you if you were a late or early build for that 2015 year. Thanks for any help!
