    yes, they will use anything and everything to blame it on. Thankfully all of the accessories on my truck are factory and were done by the dealer at time of sale. did you see the post below?

    If the dealer is actually willing to work on it an acknowledges the problem, you're off to a good start. You can even change servicing dealers in the middle if it if you like, or the dealer begins to refuse to work on it. You will have to meet the lemon law requirements and send them a "Final Repair Notice" before GM would be willing to do anything else as far as trade assist or buyback. As far as getting a car instead, you can ask, but they typically require you to stay with a similar vehicle.

    Well a little over 5 months ago I send GM a final repair notice, they offered a trade assist and I have been fighting with them ever since on the value. I Spoke with the rep today and it appears that it has finally paid off. They have contacted the dealer to set up for me to get the new truck I picked out. Waiting on final approval of the new numbers for the value of my current truck. Hopefully within the next week or 2 I'll be out of my POS 2015 Silverado LT Crew 4x4 with the 4.3L V6 and into a 2017 Sierra Denali Crew 4x4 with the 6.2L V8. glad its almost over.

    Actually GM sold off a few brands to try to stay up and running. They started having even more financial issues and the government stepped in. lifted trucks have the same problem yea, lots of people are having the same experience. The dealer I go to has done a bunch of these vibrating trucks, has admitted to having a couple for over 2 months at a time and still no fix.I can't wait until my buy back/ trade assist is finished.

    There actually are standards for RFB tires. 40 is way over, 20... depends on where withing 20 it is.     Bullsh*t, Ive had my tires balanced 3 times and 10 different replacement tires (not including the originals) and never paid them a dime. Don't pay them to begin with, ask them to let you test it fora week or 2 then if its fixed maybe pay them.... or dispute it on a credit card haha exactly I think everyone is paranoid about it haha These trucks have proven to be extremely sensitive to everything

    If I had never owned a Shakerado, I probably would have assumed it was the road, but knowing what I do, and exactly how it feels. I know its there. I also don't know if it will get any worse because of the tires setting on the bead, wearing etc. so there are more factors to consider if anyone is looking at them

    That is correct 2017's have the same vibration, even the Denali's that I test drove. they were no where near as bad, but it was sill there.

    the deal is they take mine and give me a new 2017. whether I keep it or not is another story, not sure what Ill do at the moment, I'm terrified to have the vibration come back, and I already know that it is very very slight on the 2017 denali's I tested. im trying to get them to put better tires on before I accept.. If its gone I'll consider keeping it, if its still there I'm going straight to Ford or Toyota... I think

    are you able to file lemon law? depending upon where you live, you might still have time to file. Massachusetts is 3+ repair attempts for the same issue within a year and you have 18 months to file lmao. be careful with aftermarket parts though. GM will use ANYTHING they can to blame the vibration on Nope, no quick fix... welcome to the club. we have support meetings on Wednesday Nights Sounds about right

    I did not, but Bill had to have his replaced because they were bad after like 2000 miles if i remember right. Totally understand the feeling about the loss on trade thats why I've fought with GM for so long. How many attempts are you up to now?

    if only... however, Tesla has had issues with their battery packs arbitrarily catching fire. Sorry, had to do it... I do like Tesla, however I couldn't be able to afford one anyway. if only the world didn't revolve around this thing called money haha He was probably sick of dealing with people complaining about Vibration interesting Hanover does one too, atleast they used to. they met at the Building 19/ the New Tractor Supply Company you could get a Viper Smart Start.... I'm not sure how they are now, but I know when they first came out they had some issues with their program not working properly. 16MPG isn't all that bad, I', only getting about 17.5 in my Shaker

    Well I got an email on monday asking if I got their last email from the prior wednesday, even though I responded the same day. So i forwarded the email I already sent them, and haven't heard anything since.

    When a tire gets mounted, they pump it to its max PSI, typically 51-52 psi to create the seal, then reduce it to spec for the vehicle. Because the tire isn't under the load of the vehicle when it gets mounted, the tire settles in over time as the vehicle is driven. When I went through my sets, I want to say it was about a week or 2, so maybe 200-400 miles. It was never fully gone, but it was reduced then worsened again. Mine wasn't resolved, I am working with GM to get my truck repurchased through "Trade Assist", meaning I get a new GM vehicle in exchange for my current truck.

    don't hold your breath... I've had my tires replaced multiple times. As they get driven on, the tires settle n the rims, and it comes back. keep on them. send that final repair notice and they will start working with you

    It's not that I have lost interest, its that after 8 months of being unable to find any assistance, other than GM now willing to assist, I'm just defeated. At the same time, with them now willing to help, I'm not going to go and piss them off.

    Honestly I've basically given up on a class action lawsuit. I have my lemon law avenue if the buyback through "trade assist" falls through, but I'm hoping I don't have to deal with that. At this point, I don't know what GM vehicle I would get as my replacement. I sure as h*ll don't trust their trucks, and their bigger SUV's have a "buffeting" problem which causes over pressurization in the cabin, and this has actually been linked to making people sick. So that leaves me with a car or risk the same problem in a new Truck, since I will not be getting a small SUV. If I got a car, it would be a Camaro SS, Chevy SS, or Corvette. which I don't really want any of these. I bought a truck, because I want a truck. So yea, I don't know at this point.
