I recently installed a set of 3 step Nerf Bars from Ranch Hand. Love the look, easy install, and decently priced. They came powder coated black from the factory. So the other day I was loading up some stuff in the bed of the truck to take to a friends house. During that process, I almost took my back window out and dented the back wall. It's a small deep scratch, concerned about it rusting. I'm not sure what I can do to prevent it becoming a bigger problem in the future. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated. Since I bought my '16 Silverado, I've been filling up with premium. I can't really say I notice a difference, since I've only used 93 octane. However, I think there is a difference in brand and octane rating. Some do leave more deposits than others and it also depends on if you use top tier or not. In my own experience the best average MPG recorded is 25. That was probably when I was driving long distance on highway. My normal average that I'm getting is 19. Okay, so I've been reading all these replies and making a pros/con list. The only thing I can't figure out is what everyone is doing with their old tires. Not saying my tires are old, I have 5500 miles on mine. But I don't understand everyone adding their level kits and adding new tires. Mine are factory tires, and I'd like to add a level kit and new tires too, definitely something more aggressive than factory, but my budget isn't that big. After all there's a bun cooking in the oven and it's suppose to be ready next month. Can't be spending all this money, the Mrs. will not be happy about that. Any advice?
