  1. Yup, mine is doing same thing, 2018. There’s gotta be some restriction making it think there’s pressure on the step causing it to retract. FullSizeRender.mov
  2. Did you have the resonator taken out as well? Or just the flappers?
  3. GM, already bailed out once, is on a slippery slope. They don’t want to pay the workers, they don’t want to pay for quality parts, yet they charge $60k+ for their top model trucks... something is going to give
  4. My brakes would go rock hard at slow speeds constantly. I traded in the truck at 96k miles for a 2018 high country.... The vacuum pump is on the belt , down low on the drivers side. They can fail and send fragments into the engine oil. I’ve seen a post where that happened and GM didn’t cover it becuase it was a “non powertrain part”.
  5. It's def not a high pitched squeak or anything of that extent. It sounds like when you try to sneak across an old hardwood floor. It's annoying as hell. And you can only hear it at slow speeds, where it's extra annoying. Silver ice 6.2, I've been hearing it for some time now, so I started this thread lol
  6. No noise while turning, just while braking at real slow speeds.
  7. Thanks, might be time to do them now anyway, got bad vibration from rear when braking now, rotors probably warped
  8. Were they bad? Or just live with it until I need a brake job?
  9. I have a 2015 silverado 1500, and recently I've been noticing a creaking sound from the rear drivers side brake. It's only when I apply pressure to the brake pedal. Could it be the caliper sticking a little?
