I put the derale plate style cooler with 180° switched fan after the internal radiator cooler on my truck. It is an 07 AVY with a 540 hp LS3, 3800 stall, 4L70E. I can keep the bitch floored in 90° weather without raising the trans temp on the DIC over 200°. I also have a stock '17 6.0 2500HD, that struggles to make 120° on the DIC. You might consider just buying the HD transmission cooler and sticking it in your LD.
After the great advice that I found on this thread, I placed an order with coan. I gave them my truck specs and about a grand. A week later I received a sweet billet triple disc unit, which is about 3800 rpm stall. I absolutely love it! Makes the truck seriously haul ass from a dig, but is good enough for driving around under 3k rpm. Miles Per Gallon? Don't care.

I would think the spare TCM would have to be VIN matched to the truck it was going into. You may run into communications issues between the BCM, ECM, and TCCM. Additionally, there might be a problem with component protection, and the truck may not start. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
I would call echomaster, and get the full story. GM dealers do not sell too many of the intellihaul units to be experts at them. I had the mirror, cargo, and wireless remote camera installed at purchase. I did it this way so that they would do a good job installing it on "their truck" before I took delivery of it. Additionally, the entire system is covered by GM's 3yr/36k warranty. Unless the 2018 intellihaul user interface is different than 2017, there is only room for 4 cameras. File a suit against her for diminished value. Now that your limited build, highly optioned, low mile, one of kind truck has had an insurance claim, it has hit the carFax. With a dirty carFax, your truck is easily worth 10 to 20 thousand less than the next comparable unit with a clean carFax. Absolutely, I mounted mine inside the fuel door. It's a fairly gaudy piece to be stuck on the painted surfaces of the truck. The keypad will not lock only unlock the doors, so if you plan on leaving your keys in the cab you have to use the inside lock button on the door before closing. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Those numbers seem about right. In a premium tune, you should see about 27° + or - a couple at 3500 tapering down to about 18° at 5500 while in power enrich mode. At part throttle, timing can be in the 50s or 60s upon deceleration. All depends on how bulley wrote your tune. Can you also log KR, knock retard?
