  1. What part number did you go with? I’m only seeing options for the 2018, but i figure it will probably work on my 2015 Sierra. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. All good points and a very nice truck. The whole point is that everyone likes what they like and can pay to get it if they want. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. 275/70r18 BFG KO2s on stock wheels with Bilstein 5100s on the 3rd setting (1.25” lift) and stock rear height. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Finally got my KO2s! Still have the 5100's on the 3rd highest setting and stock rear block in. KO2s are 275/70r18
  5. If you plan on bringing them up to the top setting I'd just do that from the start. It's not worth having to pull the struts out and compress them again. But that's just me. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
  6. Here are some other pictures of it empty, towing and loaded. The ride is much better than the ranchos. I had a 2.5 inch rc level on it with the ranchos and the ride was pretty terrible with that and I personally didn't like the look with stock wheel/tires. I am plannimg on taking them up to the top setting and adding a 2" block to the rear and then getting 275/70r18 KO2s with the stock wheels. That should increase my rake by .5" from what it is now. I really like them at this setting but want some more height and a tad more rake for towing and hauling. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
  7. 3rd highest setting, stock wheels and tires, air dam removed. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
  8. Not sure if anyone would know the answer to this but here it goes. If I run a .5 inch spacer on top of the 5100 on the highest setting (totalling 2.3 inches of lift), can I expect it to handle similarly to a 5100 on the bottom setting with a 2.5 inch leveling kit? I don't really see what the difference would be. All the 5100 does is increase the length of the coilover by raising the spring seat. Spacer kits effectively do the same thing, right? They just increase the length of the coilover. I'm more curious than anything else. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
  9. And thanks by the way! I am pretty happy with it Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
  10. Yeah looking to throw 275/70r18 KO2s on it and probably a 1 inch rear block. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
  11. I would like more height and I doubt i would notice the difference in ride quality. Other members here have riden in trucks on the top setting and the 3rd one and couldn't tell the difference. I'm also confident the top setting will still be way better than the stock ranchos and the stock ranchos with a 2.5 level. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
  12. Finally got some pics with nothing in the bed. Third highest setting with stock wheels and tires. I wish I'd gone with the highest setting.
  13. 5100's can only adjust the height of the vehicle on the front. The rear 5100's are a little longer than stock shocks so they allow for up to 1 inch of rear lift, but can't actually lift the rear of the truck. I would set the front shocks at the highest setting, which should give you 38.1 inches up front, leaving 1.5 inches of rake if you leave the rear block in. I like the rake because I tow and haul stuff fairly often, and I don't like the look of a sagging truck. That tire size should fit with no issues also. Another thing to consider when trying to find the "leveled" look is the amount of space between the top of your tires and the wheel wells. At least on my truck, when I had a 2.5 inch RC kit in the front, it looked like the front was higher because there was more space between the top of front tire and the wheel well than on the back. It might have been an optical illusion because the wheel well measurements showed that the front was actually still a little lower than the back, but it looked higher. Just my opinion.
  14. Still trying to figure out out to post pictures. Hope this works. Stock: Approximately 500 lbs in the bed: Towing roughly 5,500 lbs with about 200 lbs in the bed: Unfortunately I don't have any pics with just the shocks and nothing in the bed. I'll try to get some.

  16. I have 5100's on all 4 corners with the front set at the 3rd highest setting (1.24" of lift and still roughly .75" of rake). Still running stock tires (Wrangler SRAs) and 18" wheels. I love the way the truck rides now. It came with the rancho shocks and the first kit I had was the RC 2.5". The ride quality with the 5100s is way, way better than the RC+Rancho set up. It's also way better than just Ranchos and no leveling kit. The best way for me to describe it is this: The ride is less bouncy (really, not bouncy) going slow over rocks and things like speed bumps or driveway curbs and more controlled at higher speeds. The truck is stays planted when going over shittily repaired Florida potholes in a 45-55 mph turn. It is not jarring in any sense around town, and off-road it is less fatiguing because it's no longer underdamped and bouncy. It also handles washboard dirt roads 1 million times better. I thought the damn dash was going to vibrate out with the ranchos. It's not butter smooth now, but it is acceptable. My advice to anyone with Rancho shocks looking to level, or just improve ride quality, is to go with 5100s. I am probably going to pop mine up to the highest setting soon and add a 1" block to the rear. This should bring the front up to 1.85" and give about 1.25" of rake. Then I want 275/70R18 KO2's!
