    I just had the same issue happen to my wife's 2016 suburban on the tail end of getting back home from a 4 hour highway trip. I tried reverse, switching to 4wd in neutral, etc but nothing worked. Only 16k miles so drove it to the dealer for repair. Reading this board this sounds like a common issue. Wonder if a recall is in order to get them all fixed?
