Went to the dealer and they didn't find anything wrong with the alignment of the bed cover or any other issues. Guess I'm just screwed, I wasted $1000 on a cover that won't allow me to put anything of value in the bed of my truck. I sent a private message to Chevy Trucks on Facebook on 4/14, can't even get a reply to my message. Piss poor customer service, but I guess they got their money and the hell with the customer after the sale.

Yes, there's a gap in the corner when the cover is open also. I'm going to a Chevy dealer for service this Saturday, and I'm going to ask them if they have any suggestions. Thanks. Tim

I have an Undercover Flex tonneau cover and my question is: Is it the cover that's poorly designed or is the the way the tailgate fits up with the bed? I have tried several different fixes, including making the side seals longer, adding a tailgate seal and a bulkhead seal for the front bed rail without any luck. I'm attaching a couple of pictures that I took from inside the bed with the tailgate and the cover closed. You can see the daylight, and this is aggravating because I can't put anything in the bed that I don't want to get wet. Thanks. Tim
