  1. Lucky you on the mpg’s. The leveling appears to more so affect those of us on 20’s. Word of advise, I very much dislike it when misleading information gets thrown around. Leveling is not a fix but a modification which unfortunately has caused financial grief to a good many “if not done correctly”. Good luck and Happy upcoming Thanksgiving Holidays Sent from above
  2. I leveled mine as soon as I bought the truck, rode somewhat rougher afterwards then all hell broke loose as soon as I added the 275/60/20 KO2’s. Bought new wheels and tires and now I’m on a lift lol. You may be able to get away with the Adjustable Bilstein 5100 struts up front raised to, I think max 1.75” but couldn’t be certain. I wish I had someone inform me all this before I did the level, lessons learned, better off saving up for a CST lift and before you know it you’ll be riding up in style! Just a thought Sent from above
  3. Just decided to go with CST full adjustable coil overs. Their amazing quality is out of this world but 100% made in The USA [emoji6]and will only compliment my awesome CST lift [emoji631] Thanks for the input! Sent from above
  4. Everybody get ready! Awesome Black Friday deals coming Sent from above
  5. That’s what I thought but in reality, the larger than stock tires I put on beat The heck out of the stock suspension until I put on Bilsteins but now even after I’ve completely replaced all previous Bilsteins with new ones the ride is noticeably much smoother than leveled just driving at regular speeds but a bit of tire hop going over rougher roads cause these Bilsteins get unhappy when they actually have to contain and control a heavier tire through this. This is why I’m now looking at coilovers. Sent from above Better put, these Bilstein 5100’s feel like they’re not in control when driving over bumpy roads but feel better than stock shocks driving on normal roads, if that makes any sense lol
  6. I’ve heard great things about King suspension. First I was looking Fox, then did the CST lift so naturally just about jumped on those but I’ve heard such great things about King suspension and now you, lol. I’m interested to know which stock# for the 4.5” lift would work as well as the rear which currently running 3” blocks, looking at going 4” just cause it’s perfectly level but I like a slight rake up front. Do you know your model #’s? Sent from above
  7. Thank you, it’s work in progress. My take on this lift today as follows. Absolutely awesome construction, nothing even comes close in craftsmanship, the thick welds, painting, everything about this lift is absolutely amazing. The installer came in the office today while I was anxiously awaiting delivery and I heard him tell the GM that he’s shocked at how much more stout this lift is versus all the others, he’s been doing this for 10 years and considered the best attention to detail installer. After I heard that I walked over to the wall and compared craftsmanship to a bunch others, ProComb, BDS, Superlift, Fabtech and a couple others and I immediately felt proud having this lift on my truck. It’s actually got extra brackets (that no one else adds) to help make the whole suspension 10X stronger all together. I’m now actually looking at getting completely new coilovers just cause you don’t want junk around this lift [emoji6]. All in all, it’s tru, you get what you pay for. There’s so much junk out there just to give you a lift look, CST is the best, ALL HANDS DOWN! Sorry, ranting on. Sent from above
  8. You’re absolutely correct but I’m worried about these shocks as it is, adding more weight may negatively affect these 5100’s Sent from above
  9. I’ve been contemplating it, I’ll have to wait and see the drive quality with these. I’m debating going to coilovers for now, I’ve spent to much time dealing with this truck, looking forward to reviewing what I’ve got and going from there. So far, I LOVE THIS LIFT, perfect height, just working at getting the best/smoothest ride possible especially driving in shit town roads Houston. Sent from above
  10. Thanks, I’m very happy with these so far, not a fan of wide. Sent from above
  11. Ok, how’s the ride quality of your Kings, stiffer, mushy? Sent from above
  12. Picked it up today, 4.5” CST Lift up front, 3” added in rear with taller shocks, brand new Bilsteins all the way around. Testing out the new Bilsteins to see if maybe I had a prior faulty one. Sent from above
  13. Looks great [emoji1303] Sent from above
  14. You couldn’t pay me to add any RC product on any of my vehicles. The really good shops won’t touch them mostly cause they’re constantly coming back for repairs that were due to RC products themselves. RC is garbage wanna-be-a-lift. Avoid it like the plague!! There are other companies that make far better products. Trail Master which is owned by ProComp and identically made even has a $1K 6” lift kit that would be far better than an RC product. 15. That’s not including rear shocks for the 3”-5” lifted applications. Sent from above
  16. One thing is for certain, (and I know lifts, had many of them) it seems to be a much heavier duty and very thick steel, highest quality paint job I’ve ever seen from any manufacturers suspension components. Very impressed! Sent from above
  17. I’ll post a bunch of pics once it’s all cleaned up and can compare the before shot To the new shot.... Pic coming soon [emoji13] I’m also looking at keeping the same Nitto Ridge Grapplers 285/60/20’s (33.7’s) but may go up to the 285/65/20’s cause I want to have less drag from the tires width wise but a bit more height for a softer ride, I don’t know [emoji1745][emoji3603] Sent from above
  18. Just about done, went ahead and started fresh with new Bilstein 5100’s again up front just for experimental purposes and new extended 5100’s in the rear for the CST 3” block. Talk about build in progress. Couldn’t get away from meetings today, picking it up mañana! Sent from above
  19. Btw, our stock wheels typically run a +28 or so and that’s why we get so much rubbing after leveling with stamped steel UCA’s, the stamped steel UCA’s really bring the wheels in more after leveling. It was a fart of a thought on GM’s side especially learning off of this screwup because now it’s either a standard stock raised they’re doing on a couple 2019 off-road trucks or optioned out on ordering. It’s a cluster F$@&, causing us to spend more especially running on 20’s Sent from above
  20. YouTube it, that’s how I learned quickly, it’s from center of wheel, distance from hub which “plus” will either bring your wheel closer inside or “minus” which will push your wheel towards outside of fender. Typically 0 offset or +1 is the safe zone. Sent from above
  21. You’ve got stamped steel UCA’s and 20’s which means you’ll definitely get rubbing as soon as you add larger tires to your level. 275/60/20’s will rub on lock. Either you get same existing size new tires or you get new wheels with different offset to accommodate the +offset you’ve got with your factory wheels. I tried just with a level and new tires, rubbed to much, then I got new +1 offset wheels with new tires. Sent from above
  22. You’re correct, and better go have it installed, I’m sure you’ll very much enjoy it. Im actually leaning towards the CST coil over for the 4.5” too. Either way I’m sure I’ll have to wait a few weeks from CST hopefully not. Sent from above
  23. Lol, seen it done that way a bunch of times Sent from above
  24. They’re completely supported Sent from above
  25. I watched the mechanic and he set them very carefully, thanks for noticing. Sent from above
