I'm thinking about putting Denali headlights on my '06 Sierra WT. besides the headlight housing, do I also need an adapter for bulbs? If I go LED, HID, or Xenon will the ballasts from those be good enough? Some sites say yes, others say no. What do you professionals say...
Alright, I got a '06 Sierra WT with no power anything. local junkyard has a a couple silverados and a sierra in stock . I'm thinking of pulling the doors from one of those trucks and swapping them onto mine. Problem is will my BCM be able to control the doors? will a re-flash be needed?
pat_this replied to Sean haskins's topic in 1999-2013 Silverado & Sierra 1500Your BCM might need to be re-flashed to the SLT tune. Probably gonna need the harness too, the WT edition might not have it.
Alright, this has been covered before and I've seen different answers. And with me being in sunny SoCal I'm not using the 4x4 as often as needed. Here's what I got: 2006 GMC Sierra RCSB WT 4x4 with manual transfer case on floor 3.73 gears with tow package The baby 4.3 motor. I've seen the drops for them and I'm just wondering whats the biggest and widest tire size that can be ran with the 3/5 drop.
Im finding conflicting info, so ill ask Im looking to change the rear diff fluid in my 2006 sierrra. its a standard cab, 4.3L, 4x4, WT edition. i know its got 3.73s in it, but im looking for rear axle size to buy correct fluid. Ive seen 75w-90, but different amounts, depending on diff size. Any answers?
