    What needs to be done to fix the issue it to go into settings, change the language to Spanish (not sure if other languages will work) then shut down the car for 5 minutes. Go back into the system and change the language back to English and the voice commands will work fine. I can verify this is a solution that worked for me today. Thanks for the advice.
