UGH! Took my truck in for the seatbelt recall and the dealership found a lot of moisture under my rug. The source: Rear window. The first attempt to reseal the window failed and waiting to see how the second attempt goes. so far they had to remove and dissinfect my carpet twice now to prevent mold from growing.

No doubt in the world the cold weather is causing it. Just look where everyone lives who is complaining. And with the arctic front diving south this week, additional folks are having this problem. I have 3.5K miles on my truck (which I love btw) and got my alert yesterday when it was 15 degrees. I would bet money that this is a hardware issue and not a software issue. The cold is causing something to contract and a code is being thrown to the truck. This should not be hard for GM to figure out with the team of folks they have. They also better get ahead of it before it blows up in their face. This forum has sounded the alarm and given GM time to fix this before others are affected or before others choose to buy something else. The vehicle industry is hurting right now, GM cannot afford to lose sales.

Add me to the list of those with these errors codes. Extreme cold is causing it. I am in MD and this is the first time it has been below 15 degrees since I bought the vehicle.

I am a big fan of this look and I cannot wait to hear it. Based on looks alone, sign me up!!

Mine is the 5.3L with the 8 speed transmission. The issue is very annoying.

I am having issue with my transmission as well. I have 600 miles on my Trail Boss and when the transmission down shifts, it feels like I get a nice kick in the butt between 4-8 mph. I definitely will not be able to tolerate it. Hopefully the lemon law does not have to be used. I really like this
