  1. 5.3 auto, trans not sure, LT , 4x4
  2. Seems like after any good runs past a quarter mile of usual driving then coming to a stop the transmission jerks pretty hard right before the stop. It’s very light driving as I drive the speed limit. Drove it a little faster and braked normal and same thing. Hard downshift on the transmission. Anyone else having this issue? hopefully it stays consistent because before when I took my trucks for repairs it never does it at the dealer. Truck has about 5,000 miles all light driving. I’ve had it for a little over 4 months now.
  3. From day one the seller has expressed great communication and customer satisfaction. I ordered the DIY kit and sure it was a couple wires with terminated ends, But the research and detailed instruction made it so much easier and faster. Did each side in an hour with the basic garage tools. Received the parts quickly and still waiting for the gm mirror switch to arrive from pony express. If you have DL8 mirrors and wanting to swap over to DL3's please get in contact with pgamboa. Hopefully he lets out a keyfob diy kit as well soon.
  4. You have to play with the light and tilt it at just the right angle and that will take care of the light high pitch noise. Some foam from the box in between some fins also helped. The 1/2 tubing fixed the wind threw the door and stopped the rain from pouring in thru the door jam. Poor design by RC in my opinion . If it was up to me I wouldn't recommend them at all.
  5. 1/2 tubing from Home Depot fixed the noise
  6. They bolt right up. The passenger side will only take 3 of the 4 brackets but it's still strong. They are not a perfect step meaning if u put ur foot sideways they work great.
  7. Buy 07-13 Silverado steps which I've seen go for 75-$150. When u get ur amp ones sell the first pair and get your money back
  8. I like the way the rims made the truck look so I copied the same set up but mines a Silverado so it's not identical. Glad with the results.
  9. Here is my father day gift 50" led bar sure it's a knockoff with the RC door brackets. Trying to solve the windy noise issue it makes because of the brackets
  10. I had the 07-13 side steps because they tucked up nice but u couldn't more then half your shoe or boot on the step. I found a set of 2015 crew cab steps not double cab steps on good old Craigslist for $100 . The 07-13 steps are about 75 long while the crew cab ones go to about 82 1/2. I wanted them wider and longer in the back and this change worked out great. Only 2 mounts bolted up but nothing a new 3/8 drill bit couldn't fix for the next 2. Very happy the way it turned out Before After 2015 crew cab steps on double cab
  11. I just punched threw pin1 and pin6 on the original connector and just siliconed the wires in places and plugged it in . Works like a champ. Cargo light controls those pins. No need for a harness
