  1. Opened my case, meanwhile im paying for a car to sit at the dealership and be torn apart and told thats normal. 1100 miles....keep it classy GM/Chevy

Same here actually my trucks whole electrical system took a crap last Wed couldn't even jump it they've had it since and still can't fix it and told me they wont buy me out (dealership) said i need to talk to GM apparently this the norm for Chevy i will never give this company/brand another penny of my money so disgusted at how they handle their customer service and product guarantee.

So here is the winner.... come home from three day trip and the truck won’t start all the lights and dashboard displays start clicking and flashing, try to call on star and they are more worried about a survey then actually helping me.  Just so happens to be a tow truck driver in the parking lot of the airport he can’t even jump it drains his pack. So now the car goes back to the dealership and they can give me my

    money back I’ll take this to court before I drive that truck again.

  5. Sign me up with that lawyer I’m over this truck. no confidence in the product especially when the company doesn’t want to fix it. Disgusted.
  6. Agreed paying for something that didn’t work. Also fyi don’t buy any after market stuff from GM or Chevy they quality is horrible.
  7. Time for a local news channel investigation to get some real press on this. Why hasn’t GM reached out to the owners letting them at least know they’ve identified the issue. You put OnStar in my car to track everything why not communicate through it as well. Sh***iest customer service and you wonder why people are hesitant to buy this brand. If it’s an Toyota, Acura, Infiniti, BMW etc this for one doesn’t happen and even if it does it’s fixed immediately not over a month of driving around with crap warnings flash such crap. —-Disgusted owner.
  8. And make your payment as well. I hate driving loaners or I would do the same thing. It’s pretty bad that they are so slow to fix such a huge issue with their trucks.
  9. I wish I could but that’s all they really told me. They feel they have it isolated and we have to wait until an official fix gets pushed from GM.
  10. Update...truck picked up they identified a connector issue waiting for GM to push a fix down but they are well aware hopefully in the next week or two the fix is released.
  11. Mine is sitting at the shop so they can try to reproduce it there. Not sure if it will do any good but they have a call know GM to see if they can expedite a fix to me and hopefully the rest of us. I’ll update later today if I hear anything.
  12. What was their response? Seriously I was on the verge of getting my 3rd tundra but really liked what the Chevy brought to the table now I’m 2nd guessing self. I really like the truck but man this is just bad for a brand new model. And to say it’s moisture and temps is so typical dealership bs all they care about is selling the car. They need to be our advocate here and get it fixed and communicate it to the owners.
  13. This is my second time in to dealership for it first time I think they just checked for error codes etc and said they reset some things but didn’t find anything glaring. I’ll keep you posted what they say tomorrow. Also just ran out to do some errands and it’s 15 out it did the errors for first 5-10 minutes in the car then stopped for a bit but then came back again. Pretty inconsistent and the truck is clean so no sensor imparement.
  14. Taking it to the dealer tomorrow told them I wanted it fixed or they can have the truck back this is a driving hazard, distraction not to mention not make not trust the systems on this vehicle. Again I don’t pay good money for this crap.
  15. I’m experiencing the same issue here in Iowa was 1degree out side last night and got all the flashing errors. This isn’t acceptable for a 50k truck. GM/Chevy fix it or you’ll have a lemon law on your hands.
