What size spacers did you use? I am running 285x60R20 Toyo Open Country RTs and I used RC 1/2 inch spacers on mine to eliminate the same issue.

Looks good. It’s a shame that we truck lovers have to go through so much these days just to make our 4 wheel drive trucks look like 4 wheel drive trucks!

I have basically the same setup that you intend to install on stock 20” with 285x60R20 Toto Open Country RTs and had to add RC 1/4” wheel spacers to stop the rubbing on UCAs and sway bar.

I used one from American Automotive purchased through Amazon. The instructions were fairly simple but you will have to do a little grinding to remove a couple of the cooling fins. It can be done without dropping the diff fully out like instructions tell you.

Zero issues from the spacers but prior to adding them I also added a 1inch differential drop because I was having some vibration issues because of the cv angles after leveling.

I am running 285/60 R20 Toyo Open Country RT with a 2 1/2 leveling kit and I had to add the RC 1/4 spacers behind the stock snowflake wheels on my 2018 GMC to stop the rubbing on both the UC Arm and the sway bar.

Completed the diff drop and it dramatically reduced my vibration. I know each truck is a little different and probably each cv shaft is different. Some straighter and more balanced than others. This was definitely an improvement for my truck. Next stop tires.

Yes I had the same shop that did the install do the alignment.

For those that are tracking my vibration situation. The vibration didn’t go away after removing the rear blocks and restoring the rear to stock. I plan on removing the 2.5 inch kit from the front now to see if it returns to normal. If that doesn’t work then I will take it to the dealership that I bought the truck and hope whatever is wrong will be covered by warranty. My truck doesn’t even have 5 thousand miles yet. I am now sorry that I ever messed with it. Just wanted it to set level and be able to fit a little larger tire.

Well I finally got to a point in my schedule to take a picture of the rear blocks but I can’t get it to upload. No matter, they were used two inch blocks that were not tapered at all. I took them out and reinstalled the stock blocks for now. I have ordered the two inch blocks from RC and will install them as soon as I can. The vibration seems to be gone I believe. I haven’t really driven the truck much since I just did the swap today. I will post again later in the week to update. Thanks for all the helpful comments.
