I know the feeling. AutoNation Chevrolet Northpoint in the Roswell/Alpharetta GA area sucks balls. Tomorrow marks 3 weeks since it went back to the shop, and 32 days total. I haven't even heard from them in 2.5 weeks. I don't even remember what my truck looks like at this point.
Well supposedly pulling out a couple parts at time to determine what smells and what doesn't. The last contact was Wednesday of last week, and it was the rear seat backs/cushions, whatever. I haven't heard from them since then. And I'm fine with it. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
Glad it worked out for you. My experience has been totally different. The service department at my dealer is full of retards. At least the ones that have touched my truck. They have been fighting me every step of the way, with the exception of the general manager. But I question his motives at this point. Whether or not he's really on my side. I still have yet to speak to the area rep personally, which I requested awhile ago. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
I've been reading GA lemon law. There is a 30 day clause, as well as 3 repair attempts, and a 4th final inspection, I'm guessing to prove the problem still exists. They haven't called me, and I'm not calling them. Clock is ticking. And I'll have the manager inspect it with me when I go to pick it up. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
I'm on the 4th visit to the dealer. Not sure if the first two visits may count as one visit since they fixed the leak and ordered carpet on the first visit. Second visit they installed the carpet and did one shitty ac Delco deodorizer. Then I picked it up knowing it wasn't fixed because I had to use my truck. An Equinox won't pull my boat. Then it went back for the chemical treatment that permanently damaged my vehicle. They gave it back to me then and said fixed. Lol [emoji1787] A smelly truck is a smelly truck whether it's mildew or chemical.
