    Unfortunately yes you do and it uses the one usb plug i had (that really sucks)so got the extra one from them as well, i will try and get a pic or two to show mine. Didn't turn out to bad.

    It sure seems like GM kind of went the with the lets cut cost by leaving out a few of the creature comforts the even my 2016 WT1 had the the new 2019 one I got doesn't. I added this to get my Sirius to work the way I like, I tried the portable receiver but didn't like it. https://www.vaistech.com/product/gsr-gm03-w-tuner-kit/
