Our 2015 Suburban is doing the exact same thing, we are getting a run around. Chevy says it not their problem/fault, our dealer said to go to Chevy. Chevy corporate online said to go to the local dealer, the polyshield we had put on doesn't cover the paint "cracking". So we are where you are, what did you do and how did you get it fixed. We are going to go get estimates at auto shops next week. We need your help !! Thanks, Deb
