Oh man that's strange. I'm not sure what's going on there. Hopefully S&B can answer that for you.

If you go to S&B's website and locate the intake for your truck, there will be a link to an install video. At the end of the video they show how to navigate your driver info menu to disable the air filter monitoring system. After I did that I haven't gotten any error messages regarding my intake.

I ordered mine direct from S&B's website. It said it was backordered, but I placed my order anyways. I received mine within a couple weeks if I recall. Also, I've never had issues with realtruck on any of my orders. I've even gotten a discounted price by chatting with them through their online portal to place my order. This was all pre-Covid though.

I installed the s&b intake about a month ago but put the plug in initially. I was a bit disappointed in how quiet it was compared to how others have reviewed it. After reading this thread, I removed the plug.. Wow what a difference in sound! Truck drives great with plenty of pep! Side note, since removing the plug I have noticed a slight vibration in my gas pedal. It seems to be directly related to the noise level and how much throttle I'm giving it. It doesn't really bother me though. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk

Stainless Works exhaust
Moloc325 replied to Moloc325's topic in 2019-2021 Engine, Driveline, & Exhaust
I did end up purchasing the stainless Works. It sounded great outside the truck and especially on start up. However it seemed to drone a lot in the cab for me. I contacted stainless Works and they sent me a 2nd set of mufflers to try but I couldn't get rid of the drone/resonation it caused in the cab. So I ended up removing it and sending it back to them. They were awesome to work with and the build quality of the system was top notch. I'm still on the hunt for a different setup, but hesitant to pull the trigger on another system for fear of the same issue.. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk -
2019 New body Silverado toolbox help
Moloc325 replied to Jason Unger's topic in 2019-2021 Silverado & Sierra Mods
Full size toolbox and sometimes wish I had more storage. But it's a tradeoff with the smaller beds on these new trucks. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk -
I have one mounted behind my gas door so it's out of sight. I use it to lock my fob in the truck while out on a hike or doing something where I'm afraid to lose or damage the fob. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk

I had a similar issue with my truck. After a week of owning it, the rear passenger door wouldn't open. After playing around with it, I realized it wasn't unlocking properly. The button would move halfway up and then re-lock. If I hit the unlock button multiple times with the remote while pulling the exterior handle it would open. I brought it to the dealer and they confirmed that it needed a new lock actuator/ latch assembly. They replaced under warranty.

Hey guys, I'm in the market for an aftermarket cat-back exhaust and like most, I have spent hours listening to different sound clips. I think I have narrowed it down to Stainless Works Legend exhaust or Corsa Sport (both side exit). I don't want too loud or drone in the cab since this is a daily driver that tows on occasion, but I don't mind a little bark when I get into the throttle (I don't want a stock sound if I'm spending the money). Does anyone have experience with the Stainless Works system? There aren't many reviews online for our trucks. I know Corsa's name speaks for itself. Input on both is appreciated! Also, Sorry for the long read...

What Have You Done With Your T1 Today ?????

I'm really digging those wheels. If you think of the offset I'd be interested in knowing. Been looking at new wheels for my 2019 RST and I'm afraid to pull the trigger without confirmation they will fit.
