Avoid. Horrible customer service. After a month of waiting for an “in stock” item to ship and constant excuses, I asked to cancel and refund. They started ignoring me and I get the credit card company involved. A quick google of reviews will tell you everything you need to know.

I tried using logic (had printed out the directions with the labor code and all); I suggested they call GM for resolution; None of which resolved the issue. My SA was a little on the odd side and I don’t think really even understood the issue at hand — or maybe he just didn't GAF as he kept repeating “the tech has got to get paid, blah blah blah”. I did not think to tell them to unflash. That would of been a good play. If you figure out the magic words to say, please do share.
Yeah, good luck convincing Koons GMC in Tysons of that fact. They refused to acknowledge the instruction from GM even throwing out the “tech has to be paid for his time” line.
