    Hi Jim,  thanks for replying.  I use the USB port for my other devises.  What you do sounds great, but I really didn't want that to have to be used all the time.   I am at a loss for why this is so hard.  Looking to see when the truck was built. Maybe the strike had something to do with it.

      You are very welcome, doubt if that effected the build.

       

      Who are you calling at GM? Or is the dealership just "speaking" for them.

       

      One thing I have noticed about most post from the 19-20 trucks is that they really streamlined the trim packages, making it lot more difficult for people to get the options they want. or thought they were getting.
