  1. So I to have been having the dead battery issue. Dealer changed the DVD players in the headrest as they said that was the parasitic draw that was killing the batteries. Drove the truck for a day and everything was functioning normal. Didn't last even 24 hours sitting and I try to start the truck with the fob and nothing. I go outside and its completely dead. Had to use the key to open the door. Fob wouldn't work. I guess that wasn't the only draw. Back to the dealer it goes.
  2. My 2020 3500 does not work with my EOH trailer. Been an expensive battle replacing everything on my trailer to find out that its been the ITBC all along. GM said my truck was fine and had to be my trailer. 4 trips to the shop and turns out you need an adapter installed on the trailer to get it to work with the factory ITBC.
  3. I am also having the same issue with my 2020 3500 DRW. Works fine for a bit then service trailer brakes comes up. Figured it had to be my trailer, but now starting to wonder. The trailer is in right now for its 3rd time trying to figure it out. So far all 3 times they can't find a problem with the trailer and they just ran a new wire to the hydraulic pump on the trailer to eliminate faulty wiring. this time changing the trailer breakaway system. Had the truck in the GM and all they said was it was a fuse and the fuses are all good. If it's the truck in the end, I will be going after GM for the costs to my trailer since GM insisted it was the trailer and that nothing was wrong with the truck.
