    It was a one time thing, I will not tow it again unless I beef up the tranny, do a gear swap, add air bags, and electric fans. The tranny, gear swap, and electric fans are all on the to do list

    My normal tow is a 16 ft horse trailer with 2 steers. about 5000 lbs loaded up

    No. take it easy like you have been and you will be fine. These engines love to rev high.

    I had that happen with the travel trailer. A one time tow for my uncle. 10,500 lbs, a 6% uphill grade, 30 MPH at 5k RPM. That was with the 4.8L engine. It made it fine. But I had him drive. That way any damages to truck or trailer was on him. His Dodge 2500 ate a transfer case so It was on my truck

    I've been under the truck changing cats. Ran into some issues and now waiting for a sawzall to arrive. I pleaded with god. So we will know if I was heard later.

    Spindles wont screw your ride. The suspension remains the same. He knows what he is doing with AWD trucks. He does Silverado SS's and Trailblazer SS's all day long. I would go along with his suggestions and being a forum member he may cut you a little deal on it. A lot of guys on another forum I'm on buy their stuff from him

    Today I wanted to leave my house and I got in an argument with the local Highway Patrol for blocking my driveway. I bit my tongue after asking him to please repark his vehicle twice. I walked inside my house and called the desk sergeant. About 45 seconds after I got off the phone he left in a hurry
