Is it an issue with disc brakes in some climates where the brakes are frozen on and you have to drag your tail end to some grippy surface to break them free....or was that just a drum brake issue? I remember as a kid my father telling me not to apply the emergency brake when I parked the truck In well below zero weather....usually 20-30 below zero when snow would get up in there and melt then freeze.

Has the parking brake issue cause anyone’s battery to die when leaving the truck sitting for a couple days?
