This blue plug that goes from the radio to the HMI seems to be the root of all my problems, it’s is very loose inside the plug.

I have sadly no luck. I let it sit for like 30 minutes. Tried pulling the radio fuse as well in hope to reset it but that also didn’t work!

Thanks for showing this. But my issue is more of getting the radio to turn on. It’s stuck on the update screen itself, and it won’t pull up the normal menu.

Anyone have this problem with their radio? I haven’t been able to find a quick fix for it online. it will go black and bring that screen up and then go black again and keep bringing that update screen up. Any ideas would be great! 2014 GMC Sierra SLT 1500
