  1. How do you put it in 'relearn mode'? I assume it;s in the manual, but I haven't made it that far in the 453 pages yet, I guess.
  2. I do realize that this post is older - all the noise I experienced turned out to be the torque converter. I would have never guessed that based on the sound - but a trans rebuild and new TC completely cured the noise. One test drive with the owner of the transmission shop so I could demonstrate the noise and he immediately said - 'Yeah, that's the converter' - he had another just like it in the lot doing the same thing.
  3. I went back & forth between the two and how loud I really wanted it to be - I also considered the AWE which is louder than the Attak, from what I hear - I really did like the Corsa on my '14 and also Corsa has a really good price direct from them too. $1610 delivered with the polished tips vs $2000 for the Borla polished with the extension needed for a Std bed. The 'True Dual' would be $2350 with 2 needed extensions - which is also on par with the price of the AWE system. I do really like the rounded-corner square tips of the Borla. They look good, but Corsa also has really tice tips. I also can't wait to be done with those stupid HDMI outlets. I didn't want to cut my factory Y-pipe, so I could throw the stock exhaust back on when I sell it, if I want like I did this time, so that ruled out the true-dual models. I'll sell my old Corsa and get a few hundred for it vs $0 on trade-in.
  4. I had the Corsa on my '14 Sierra Denali and loved it. I pulled it off before trading it in and just ordered another Corsa for my new '23 last night - I can't wait!!
  5. I have what sounds like the same issue on my '14 w/6.2. Mine is metallic - sounds like a heat shield vibe but the RPMs change while it is happening, so that makes me think it is rotational. I just pulled my driveshaft and checked U-joints and they seem solid and free. I have been fighting this since new - they exhaust was replaced twice under warranty as the dealer told me it was the flapper valve. There is a way to open the valve, slip a bolt in between the rotating part and the welded on part - this didn't affect it. I replaced the exhaust with a Corsa cat-back and I still hear it. It has gone from occasionally to very frequently over the last 7 years. It is just when cruising or lightly accelerating - no throttle or moderate/heavy throttle will immediately stop the noise. I honestly think it is driveshaft vibration or resonance. Unfortunately, I don't have any way to check that myself without just replacing the driveshaft, which is not a cheap way to 'check' a theory.
  6. GM wants like $175 a year for map updates. It's kind of ridiculous when you can buy a new Garmin with Lifetime Map Updates and Traffic for less than that.
  7. I bought THIS ONE from Orvis. It's great, heavy duty and covers everything well. I have the XL in my Denali.
