Has anybody replaced the factory subwoofer in the center console enclosure with any luck?

Horn recently half died on my 2020 Sierra HD. Has anybody replaced the factory horn with an aftermarket electric horn that is louder than OEM?

Has anybody gone to a 20x10 -18 offset wheel (Fuel) with stock suspension?

Did you replace this with something else?

Has anybody replaced the stock subwoofer in the box under the center console? Crutchield says a JL Audio C5-525cw-rp will fit but the info is kinda vague. I would like to add a little bass without messing with my rear underseat storage. Any help or info is appreciated

Has anybody replaced the factory Bose subwoofer driver in the center console? If you did what did you use and what were the results? I considered the Kicker option but i really use the underseat storage and dont want the JL stealth box as i dont want to add an amp
